How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

I imported from another tracker but something is missing.
Imports can sometimes miss items if the source CSV is malformed or uses non-standard identifiers. Email support@getrefract.app with your CSV file and we'll re-run the import manually.
I found a bug or want to request a feature.
For bugs: email support@getrefract.app with as much detail as you can (device, OS version, steps to reproduce, screenshots).

Is my data safe?
Yes. We don't sell anything to anyone. Analytics are opt-in and aggregated only. You can export your full library at any time, and delete your account in two taps.
