Delete Your Account

To request the deletion of your Refract account and all associated data, please send an email to privacy@getrefract.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, username, email, profile photo)
- Your media library (all tracked movies, TV shows, anime)
- Your ratings and notes
- Your custom lists
- Your activity history
- Your follow relationships
- Your comments and reactions
- Your AI search history
- Your streaming preferences
What we retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity)
Timeline
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 14 days of receiving your request.
